Identity

Right from my growing up I’ve always wanted to be a ministers wife maybe pastor or a man in ministry or has a ministry to fulfil and fulfilling it just as I am fulfilling mine helping each other in prayers, fasting and be strong together in marriage as a purposeful duo just as my mentors (smiles) and since then it has reflected in my mode of dressing, the people I talk and relate with.

You dress the way you want to be addressed as an adage says. I dress not like in the bible days that women dress but I dress with decency as a purpose-driven woman and a young lady that I am with or without makeup because I’m not a  makeup freak person (Laughs) I see it as time-consuming no offence to makeup users it enhances beauty when not much I just like and love my natural beauty.

As a brother/ sister, what’s your knowledge of dressing, what does it mean to you, you don’t need too much to look good as a brother or sister trusting God to be married your partner is first attracted to what he sees i.e your beauty and handsomeness which is part of who you are and that has really helped me till this point.

Your identity, your calling, what you fantasize about, what you Love doing at your leisure time points out to who you are or might be and until you identify who you really are friends, Life, situations and circumstances will decide your life for you which I pray it doesn’t get too late. Even to choose the right partner you must understand your purpose first, chase it, grow it and then the right person with the same vision will locate you with your prayers gone ahead.

With me identifying who I am, I know the kinds of friends I keep, the people I talk to, where I go and what I do with my leisure time it is not pride I just know what I’m in Christ people, Friends or family don’t decide what I am. A friend once told me ” Be flexible a bit you’re a Lady” I smiled Yes I’m a Lady I have standards, I know who I am, what I want from Life I respect your decision so respect mine too and let make our world a better place.

My words to you:

* Have a standard for yourself.

*  Believe in yourself.

* Identify your purpose and fan it to flame.

Once you know who you are then the task is easy and the burden is Light.
