The Young Women Conference is designed to be an annual conference with this year’s edition being the second edition of what we hope to continue as an annual must-attend event for Young Women in Africa.
Why Africa?
We believe that young women in Africa have unique talents, ideas, and perspectives that can make a significant impact on the world.
The theme of this year’s Young Women Conference is “Dare To Dream”. We chose this theme to inspire young women in Africa to break free from the limitations that hold them back and to encourage them to dream big and pursue their goals with passion and determination.
We understand that as young women in Africa, there are many challenges and obstacles that can make it difficult to pursue your dreams such as gender bias, limited access to education and resources, and societal expectations and these may hold you back from achieving your dreams.
