The Emerge Club is an arm of the Double Edged Impact Network, a youth-focused and youth-led Organization based in Nigeria. The Emerge Club currently has a presence in four Universities within Nigeria with more still on the way.
We are looking for young, passionate and self-motivated undergraduate students in any Nigerian Higher Institution interested in improving their leadership skills and can effectively manage themselves and the affairs of our clubs.
Available Positions Include:
- Programs Director
The Programs Director of the National Management Team of the Emerge Club shall work with the rest of the Management Team to Initiate, plan and manage programs and activities of the Emerge Club, taking care to ensure such programs and activities are in line with the objectives of the Club.
Skills: Resilience, Analytical and critical thinking, able to use varied digital tools, communication skills, organizational and good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Communications Director
The Communications Director of the National Management Team of the Emerge Club is charged with the responsibility of managing both internal and external communication needs of the club.
He or she shall work with the rest of the management team to develop a timely release of information as it concerns the Club to members and to the public. The communication Chair shall also serve as the Secretary of the Team and shall take and keep minutes at meetings of the Management Team.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, Analytical and critical thinking, able to use varied digital tools, resilience, organizational and good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Social Media Director
The Social Media Director of the National Management Team of the Emerge Club is responsible for managing the various social media pages of the Emerge Club and see to the promotion of the Club through these pages.
Skills: Social Media Management, Analytical and critical thinking, communication skills, organizational and good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Business and Marketing Director
The Business and Marketing Director of the National Management Team of the Emerge Clubs is responsible for marketing the Emerge Club brand to potential donors, sponsors and partners, in a bid to secure funding and sponsorship for the club and its activities/programs/initiatives.
He or she shall be required also to initiate other means through which the club could generate funds for its programs.
Skills: Business Writing, Excellent communication skills, Analytical and critical thinking, able to use varied digital tools, resilience, organizational and good interpersonal relationship skills.
Eligibility:
Interested Applicants must be Undergraduates currently pursuing their studies in any Nigerian Higher Institution.
