With over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has established herself as a formidable force in both corporate and retail banking, earning a reputation for leadership excellence, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to impact.
She currently serves as Branch Lead at Fidelity Bank, University of Nigeria Nsukka Branch, holding the position of Deputy Manager, a role that places her at the intersection of institutional finance and community development.
Her impressive career spans some of Nigeria’s most respected financial institutions, including UBA, Access Bank, and Fidelity Bank, where she has consistently demonstrated the capacity to lead teams, drive growth, and deliver results at the highest level.
Beyond the boardroom, Dr. Adaobi is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of hands-on business experience. She is actively involved in family-owned ventures spanning diverse sectors including pharmaceuticals, bottled water production, and tissue paper manufacturing, a testament to her versatility, business acumen, and belief in the power of productive enterprise.
