He is the Managing Director of Founder Institute (Lagos Chapter), the world’s largest pre-seed Accelerator and also the Executive Director of IDEA Africa. As the Executive Director of IDEA Africa, he spearheads initiatives aimed at supporting startups, particularly youth-led ventures, and building talent to drive innovation across the continent.
Recently, IDEA Africa under his leadership launched the Startups and Talent Enhancement Programme (STEP) in partnership with the UK-Nigeria Tech Hub. This program is designed to help post-revenue startups navigate challenges such as growth hacking, compliance, marketing strategies, and technical debt.
