As a seasoned professional, Sylvia has held leadership and advisory positions in multiple development initiatives, leveraging her expertise in business development, program management, training, and strategy. In addition to her consulting work, Sylvia is also a visionary entrepreneur. She is the founder of both the iGro Global Foundation, which focuses on fostering positive transformation through skill building and community engagement, and Silverline Global Consultancy, a social enterprise that provides tailored business development and support services to MSMEs in Africa.
Sylvia holds a master’s degree in Environmental and Public Health Microbiology from the University of Benin, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree in Microbiology. She has additional training in broadcast presentation and production from the National Broadcast Academy and is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
