Fredrick Okeagu

Mr Fredrick Okeagu, is a Human Resource professional, with a Masters degree in IHRM, and a PGD in Guidance & Counselling. He is a faculty member of Fatefoundation, a Management Consultant- trained by the Centre for Management Development (CMD), a Performance Management
expert and Certified KPI professional by the KPI Institute of Australia.
He is a career counsellor and a Personality Assessment Coach. Fredrick is very gifted in knowledge sharing and communication- inspiring
exceptional performance in the workforce of several organisations through training delivery. Very passionate about Human Capital Development, he majors in such areas as Developing Servant Leadership, Self-mastery & Personal Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, Performance Management, Effective Business Communication & Public speaking, Customer Experience & Service Excellence, Developing Enterprise Mentality and Responsibility.
Fredrick is a practising HR professional, with over 12 years of experience in Human Capital Management with about 8 years at the Senior Management level. He is Certified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management,
CIPM. He is also a trained counsellor and functions as the Lead Counsellor for Smart Couples Clinic- a family guidance & counselling
centre.
