She uses neuro-science to provide solution-focused intervention to help her clients find creative and empowering approaches to their goals and challenges. This ensures that their results are sustainable as her methods encourage continuous growth long after her clients encounter her.

Her clients include blue chip organisations, small and medium businesses, multinationals, adults and youngsters.

Noela is a certified Image Consultant and a certified Neuro Linguistic Master Practitioner.

For about a decade, she has armed individuals and businesses with tools to help them navigate the complexities of life and develop the resilience and adaptability needed to excel in an ever-changing world.

RALPH EZE-IFEDY

Eze-Ifedy Ralph is called to the Nigerian Bar and holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Nigeria.

 
An alumnus of the Lagos Business School of the Pan Atlantic University, he is also a member of the Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria.
 
He is an alumnus of the Enterprise Development Centre of the Africa Leadership Forum, where he trained as an Enterprise Development Specialist.
 
He has attended courses and received training from reputable organizations like LEAP Africa, George Washington University, Africa Management Initiative, Institute of Development Studies, UK and the Lagos Business School of the Pan-Atlantic University, and has executed assignments for Microsoft Nigeria, The Future Project, UKAid, ActionAid, Nigeria Breweries, Golden Heart Foundation and a host of others, and was nominated for the Ford Foundation Prize for Youth Employment at The Future Awards Africa.
 
Ifedy has spent over a decade mentoring and advising startups on business modeling, market entry and customer development strategies.
 
He has trained over a thousand founders across Nigeria and serves as a mentor and business advisor on several platforms like Startup Nigeria, Genesys Ignite, Students Innovation Challenge, Fate Foundation, Coca-Cola Foundation, etc.
 
He led the team that implemented Accelerate Labs for Microsoft Nigeria and The Future Project, which provided training and access to funding to over 500 startups in the South East.
 
He is a member of the strategy team at Maisematrix Consulting Limited and founding partner at Agrolex Partners- a young and upwardly mobile boutique law firm providing advisory and strategy support to players in the Nigerian agribusiness space.
 
He leads the management team at TechX Innovation Hub, and is currently the Director of the Founder Institute, Lagos, the world’s largest pre-seed accelerator headquartered in Silicon Valley.

AYODEJI EBADAN

Ayodeji Ebadan is a multiple award winning entrepreneur. He is the founder of Print Doctor Africa, an innovative Publishing and Tech company with the first Print on Demand Book Publishing platform in Sub Saharan Africa.

He has over 14 years combined experience in corporate and business including 8 years with Nestle Nigeria Plc exiting in 2015 as Maintenance Engineer for Cereals Products Packaging lines where he led performance improvement teams that saved more than three hundred million Naira (over $750,000) in 2 years.

He is an author of five books.

COMFORT NWAGBOSO

Comfort Nwagboso is an Entrepreneur based in the United States of America. 

A woman of many hats, Comfort is a Purpose Driven Coach who with a desire to help individuals discover their God-given purpose and how to go all out in maximizing their potentials.

She runs a Facebook Group, where she encourages women to go after their dreams and purposes through her regular teachings on mindset shifts, family finance and marriage.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Comfort spent over a decade in the financial sector, first as a banker and then as an Insurance Broker where she helped over two dozen families design an effective insurance for themselves against emergencies.

Aside running her businesses, she also helps struggling Entrepreneurs find their footing.

Comfort is happily married with three beautiful kids.
