Ifegwu-Mbonu, Victor is a Personal Growth and Leadership Trainer (PGLT) who provides special training and consultation to individuals, organisations and Groups.
Ifegwu-Mbonu has the mandate to help individuals go DEEP in life, that is, to help them discover, equip, deploy and promote themselves.
For over 5 years, he has designed and facilitated training sessions, conferences, seminars and masterclasses that have helped over 1,260 individuals in their personal growth journey and being equipped with various leadership and life skills.
He is the President/Founder of the Double Edged Impact Network, a Fellow of the McKinsey Forward Africa Program, Alumni of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), Alumni of the African Changemakers Initiative, and member of the Lead Network Africa.
