Yes, Double Edged Impact Network is a fully registered Organization with its operational headquarters in Nigeria.
The Organisation is registered as an Incorporated Trustee under the part C of the Company and Allied Mattters Act (CAMA) with registration code: IT/CAC/138127.
You can independently verify this using this public search service available on the CAC website.
The Double Edged Impact Network is set up as a non-profit organization focused on delivering values to its members and other members of the public. The aim of the Organisaion is not to make financial profits from its services.
However, we charge membership fees in order to cater for certain expenses incurred in running the organization.
Also, we charge membership fees in order to hold ourselves accountable to our members.
The membership subscription fee is a payment made by members periodically to support the operations of the Netwok.
Usually, the payment is made annually but members could choose to spread this across the months of the year and pay monthly.
